TILE-X-PLATINIUM: High Polymer base Tile Adhesive

Type 4 Adhesive: High-Flexibility Adhesive & Heavy Duty Advanced Polymer | Modified Tile Adhesive (ISO 13007 C2 s1/s2)

TILE-X-PLATINIUM is "Deformable" adhesive with extended open time and moderate flexibility (s1). DIAMOND PLUS 40 flex adhesives ore classified as high flexibility adhesives, designed to offer exceptional performance in applications where flexibility and movement accommodation are critical. These adhesives ore ideal for environments subject to significant substrate movement, thermal expansion, or vibration. They are suitable for both residential and commercial projects that demand high adaptability

RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS:

1. Substrates: cement based plaster, cementitious screeds, R.C.C wall & floor, rough natural stone, ceramic, porcelain & vitrified floor tile etc.
2. Types of Tiles: Ceramic I Porcelain I Vitrified tiles I Glass mosaic I Natural stone I Italian marble I Tile/stone I Composite stone of large format tile (LFT) I Artificial stone etc.*

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

1. Open Time: >=35 minutes, providing ample time for tile placement and adjustment
2. Setting Time: Initial 4-6 hours, full curing toking up to 48-72 hours as per environmental conditions.
3. Coverage: Coverage varies on application thickness; from 50 to 60 sqft pre 20 kg pack for approx. 3 mm bed thickness.
